Payroll & HR Operations Advisor

Respond to queries accurately and promptly providing first line internal advise to business stakeholders on generalist HR services matters.
Produce ad-hoc reporting as required to support the work of HR teams across the business.
Assist and advise managers and employees on HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, working with the respective HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) as required (recruitment, induction, retention, learning and development, performance management, salary review, promotions and transition / termination).
Produce all HR documentation associated with employee life cycle transactional activities (e.g. employee letters, course evaluation etc.), ensuring they are all within the dunnhumby HR policies.
Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures and global HR programmes or initiatives. Develop guidelines and associated materials as required.
Act as the key point of contact for employees in the assigned markets, the HR team and the relevant payroll providers. Ensure that all payroll information is provided and employee queries are resolved in a timely manner and according to Service Level Agreements.
Support the administration of dunnhumby's outsourced payroll services, including comprehensive validation of payroll data to ensure that our employees are paid correctly and at the right time.
Manage payroll data and calculations for new and existing employees, handle all payroll queries, tax issues and work very closely with the relevant regional finance team to ensure payrolls are accurately submitted in full compliance.
Manage the relationship with local payroll vendors within the assigned markets and manage any potential transition.
Administer dunnhumby's HR systems, including data entry, validation and analysis. Develop and produce reports that support agreed HR metrics and deliver relevant user training as required.
As and when required, manage or coordinate employee induction and related processes, facilitate employee induction sessions to support new employees in gaining an understanding of dunnhumby's ways of working, organisation culture, policies and procedures.
Support dunnhumby's global employee mobility programme, including managing the operations of global mobility processes and immigration procedures, managing third party vendors of mobility services and handling assigned employee and management queries.
Your Track Record
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Experience in HR Services as well as managing international payroll

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
