Construction Surveillance Team Leader (TL OCONUS)

Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as security leader at each work site
Receive and implement orders or special instructions from the Site Security Manager and Regional Security Officer concerning matters which affect the security operations of the site
Ensures all Site Security Personnel under his/her supervision are thoroughly familiar with the General and Specific Guard Orders before assuming duties
Be available to receive and implement Orders and Special Instructions from the Site Security Manager concerning matters which affect the operation or security of the project site
Possess valid US Driver's License and US passport;
Top Secret Security Clearance (eligible to receive a DOS reciprocal Top Secret clearance)
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Cleared American Guard (CAG)
Possess a minimum of four years active experience in the construction security monitoring program and have served on a minimum of two construction projects
Preferred Skills
Capable of speaking English and possess ability to write concise reports in English
Capable of independent decision making, possess a high-degree of initiative and capable of functioning with minimal supervision
Possess the requisite skills to handle the team's administrative work at site while participating as a working member of the team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
